Second Offense (within 10 years)
- Fine: $500 – $1,000
- License suspension: 2 years
- Mandatory jail: 48 hours – 90 days (or 30 days community service in lieu of jail)
- IDRC: 48 hours
- Ignition interlock required during suspension and for 2–4 years after restoration
- MVC surcharge: $1,000/year for 3 years

Third or Subsequent Offense (within 10 years)
